Guac

This is a recipe for a simple guacemole

Tools:
Sharp knife
Butter knife
medium mixing bowl
spoon
fork
cutting board
Ingredients:
3 avocados
2 roma tomatoes
1 red onion
1 lime
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
1 Tsp cayen pepper
1 Tsp ground cumin
1 Tsp garlic
1 jalapeno
1 Tsp kosher salt

Directions:
The trickiest part of this whole operation is getting out the avocado seed. To do so use a sharp knife and cut the avocado in half. With the same knife quick and with some force chop into the seed so the knife gets stuck. Holding the outside of the avocado in one hand and the stuck knife in the other, twist them in opposite directions and the seed should pop out.
Cut into the avocado with the soft knife as in (picture 3) then scoop into a bowl. Cut and seed the tomatoes. Mince the onion and jalapeno, juice the lime, chop the cilantro.

Add the lime juice, dry spices and salt to avocados.  Mash with a fork, do not whisk. Add remaining ingredients and swirl slowly to mix.  Let chill for 30 minutes.  Return to room temperature before eating for best taste.
